摘要
为寻找小儿恶性淋巴瘤(ML)染色体改变的规律及与其病理组织学的相关性,并探讨染色体重排与ML的关系,应用淋巴结改良直接法、短期培养法及骨髓短期培养法对24例小儿ML进行细胞遗传学研究,23例获得满意分裂相。结果表明:全部淋巴结染色体及4例骨髓染色体显示克隆性异常。非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)染色体众数多为二倍体及亚二倍体,分布似与组织学分型有关;霍奇金淋巴瘤(HD)染色体众数从亚二倍体到四倍体。染色体结构异常以6q-较多见。本组出现的染色体相互易位大都涉及到14q32及其附近,表明14q32的断裂重排与ML的发生有关。
Inordertodiscovertheregularityofchromosomeabnormalitiesinmalignantlym-phoma(ML)anditsrelevancetohistopatholoigy,andtostudytherelationshipbetweentheoccur-renceofMLandchromosomeabnormalities,weearriedoutacytogeneticalstudyof24childrenwithML.Outofthe24cases,mitoticcelsthatcouldbeusedforanalysiswereobtainedin23.Theresultshowedthattheclonalabnormalitieswerefoundinlymphnodechromosomesofalthecasesandinthebonemarrowchromosomesof4cases.Incasesofnon-Hodgkin′slymphoma(NHL),themodalnumberofchromosomeswasmostlydiploidorhyperdiploidandthedistributionappearedtobecorre-latedwiththetypeofML.Ontheotherhand,inHodgkin′sdiseasesthemodalnumberofchromo-somesvariedfrombiploidtofourploid.Thecommonabnormalchromosomestructurewas6q-andthereciprocaltranslocationsofchromosomeweremostlyinvolvedinthe14q32ornearit.Theresultsuggeststhattheaberrationandrearrangementof14q32beassociatedwiththedevelopmentofML.
