肥胖儿童的行为特点及心理损害

为制订单纯肥胖症行为治疗方案提供依据，采用自行设计的心理行为问题问卷表对６２例１２～１４岁的单纯性肥胖儿童和同年龄、同性别的６２名正常体重儿童进行问卷测验。测试结果采用单因素卡方检验和多因素Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析。筛出肥胖儿童饮食、运动方面的行为特点有：进食速度快，非饥饿状态下进食，临睡前进食，爱吃甜点心及甜饮料，不喜欢上体育课，课间、晚饭后很少去户外活动，看电视时间较长等；这些行为特点与肥胖的发生发展密切相关。肥胖儿童还存在着不良的心理状态，如有自卑感和孤独感，有事情喜欢藏在心里，常因为身材被同伴取外号，不愿在集体活动中表现自己等。提示肥胖已经对儿童造成了较为严重的心理损害，应引起重视。

Inordertoprovidebasisformakingmedicalplanforbehaviorofobesechildren,62obesechildrenaged12to14yearsand62ageandsex-matchednormalweightchildrenweretestedwiththepsychologicalandbehavioralquestionairesthatweredesignedbyourselves.Thedatawereanalysedbychi-squaretestandlogisticregressionanalysis.Theresultsshowedthatobesechildrenhadmanycharacteristicsindietary,exercisebehaviorandlifestyle,suchaseatingrapidlyandpre-dormitaly,intakeofexcessivecalories,likingdessertsandsweetbeverages,dislikingphysicalexer-cise,andwatchingTVtoomuch.Thesebehaviorswererelatedtothedevelopmentofobseity.Theobesechildren′spsychologicalstatewasnotasgood.Theyhadasenseofinferiorityandautism,andtheyusedtomeetwithpeerabuse.Theresultindicatedthatobesityhaddamagedthepsychologyofobesechildren,whichshouldbepaidattentionto.
