豚鼠大肠壁内一氧化氮合酶神经元的组织化学研究 被引量:4

HISTOCHEMICAL STUDY ON NITRIC OXIDE SYNTHASIZING NEURONS WITHIN THE WALL OF LARGE INTESTINE IN THE GUINEA PIG

摘要 用NADPH-黄递酶组织化学法研究了豚鼠大肠壁内神经丛中含一氧化氮合酶神经元。结果表明:大肠各段肌间神经丛中阳性神经元分别为24%(盲肠)、20.1%(升结肠)、27.8%(降结肠)和19.4%(直肠)。在升结肠头段的肌间神经丛中,一些阳性神经元的突起投射到其他阳性神经元的胞体上,形成“U”字形神经元回路,另一些突起则投射到阴性神经元胞体上。此外,可见神经节及神经束内几个阳性神经元以突起彼此相连,形成“串珠”状结构。在粘膜下丛中,每100个神经节内阳性神经元数分别为升结肠17.1个,降结肠14.2个和直肠5.9个。盲肠仅含极少量的阳性神经元。在升、降结肠粘膜下层,有的神经节内阳性神经元数达4~5个。而且,升结肠粘膜下丛的神经节中亦可见几个阳性神经元的突起构成神经元回路,以及阳性神经元的呈“发卡”样的膨突绕过神经节并投射入神经束中。 The intramural neurons containing nitric oxide synthase in the large intestine of the guinea pig were studied by using NADPH-diaphorase histochemical method. The results showed that in the myenteric plexuses 24%of positive neurons existed in the caecum,20.1% in the ascending colon,27.9%in the descending colon and 19.4%in the rectum. In the initial segment of the ascending colon some processes of positive neurons were found to project to the other positive neuron cell bodies to form a“U”-shaped neuronal circuit and others to negative neuron cell bodies. In addition,a bead-like structure was strung together by the positive neurons within the ganglion and nerve strand.In the submucosal plexus,by counting the positive neurons we found that the number in 100 ganglia was 17.1,14.2,5.9,in the ascending colon,descending colon,and rectum respectively,and only a few in the caecum. However,the positive neurons were up to 4-5 in a ganglion in the submucosa of both ascending and descending colon. A positive neuronal circuit and a long clip-like varicosity of the positive neuron,which were circling in the same ganglion then projecting into the nerve strand,were also seen in the submucosa of the ascending colon.
