摘要
用原位杂交组织化学法,研究了大鼠胃肠胰系统GnRH-mRNA阳性反应的上皮和神经细胞的分布。胃底腺、胰外分泌部和十二指肠绒毛都分布有(GnRH-mRVA强阳性反应的上皮细胞。在胃和十二指肠的肌间神经丛、粘膜下神经丛也有GnRH-mRNA阳性反应的神经细胞。以上结果和我们先前免疫组织化学研究的结果相一致,说明胃肠胰的一些上皮细胞和副交感神经节细胞都能自身合成GnRH。GnRH对胃肠胰系统可能有重要的功能意义。
Distribution of GnRH-mRNA positive epithelial cells and nerve cells in gastro-entero-pancreatic(GEP)system of rats was studied by using in situ hybridization histochemistry.The GnRH-mRNA positive epithelial cells distributed in the gastric glands,exocrine pancreas and villi of small intestine.The GnRH-mRNA positive nerve cells distributed in submucous plexus and myenteric plexus of the stomach and small intestine. The results were similar to those in the previous immunohistochemical study,suggesting that some epithelial cells and parasympathetic ganglion cells in GEP system can synthesize the GnRH,which may play an important role in GEP system.
