摘要
用免疫电镜方法,研究了在大鼠实验性腹膜炎自愈期间,垂体前叶ACTH细胞的变化。结果发现,注射后1、3、5、7dACTH细胞内分泌颗粒被标记的胶体金颗粒均有增多(P<0.05),而以注射后3d最多(P<0.01)。注射后3d和5d可见粗面内质网明显扩张,高尔基复合体发达。注射后7d粗面内质网仍有扩张,其分泌颗粒上所标记的金颗粒数较正常对照增多,而较第3d和5d略有减少。结果表明,在大鼠实验性腹膜炎自愈过程中,ACTH细胞功能明显增强,参与了腹膜炎自愈过程的调节。
The Changes of ACTH cells in the pars distalis of rat pituitary during the healing process of experimental peritonitis were studied by immunocytochemical staining at electron microscopic level.The result showed that the numbers of golden granules marked on secretory granules of ACTH cells remarkably increased on lst,5th and 7th days after injecting turpentine(P<0.05 )and reached their highest on 3rd day(P<0.01).Expanded RER and developed Golgi complex were found on 3rd and 5th days after injection. The RER were expanded slightly on 7th day and the numbers of golden granules on secretory granules were more than the control but less than that of 3rd and 5th day aftet injection. The result indicated that the function of ACTH cells was strengthened obviously during the healing process of experimental peritonitis. It suggests that the ACTH cells took part in regulation of the healing of peritonitis.
