摘要
Ｂ超检测正常妊娠中受精龄为１２至３８整周（ｃｏｍｐｌｅｔｅｄｗｅｅｋ）龄的胎儿３４６例。测量了肱骨、尺骨、桡骨、股骨和胚骨（干）的长度，计算了不同胎龄组这些骨的平均长度及标准差。经统计学分析，表明肢骨长度与胎龄之间呈显著的正直线相关，并求出回归方程。本文为以长骨长度推算胎龄或以胎龄推算骨长提供了依据。
The B-ultrasonic scans were used to examine fetuses in normal pregnancy.346 chinese fetuses with the completed fetal age of 12th through 38th weeks was chosen,The length of the limb long bones was measured,and statistical analysis showed a positive linear correlation between the length of long bones and fetalage,thus a regression equation was obtained. It provides a basis for using length of the limb long bones as a reference index to estimate the fetal age and vice versa.
