摘要
国内常规内浮顶储罐浮盘为钢制或铝制结构,但随着塑料和玻璃钢制品工业的发展,国际上开始采用玻璃钢浮盘,以某石化工程10万m3内浮顶储罐为例,结合A PI650-1998标准要求,通过对内浮顶储罐钢制和铝制浮盘结构特点的分析,总结了新型玻璃钢浮盘结构的优势和应用前景,较详细地介绍了玻璃钢浮盘的结构特征和施工方法。
Based on the practical example of one 10×104 m3 oil storage tank and the API650-1998 criteria requirement, the structural features of internal steel floating pan and aluminum floating pan of floating roof tanks are analyzed, and the superiority and prospective application of new type glassfiber reinforced plastic floating pan are put forward. The structural features and construction method of the glass-fiber floating pan are illustrated either.
