复合钢板未结合缺陷的熔焊修补工艺

摘要 复合钢板是一种由基层钢板和复层钢板复合而成的双层金属。在苏丹喀土穆炼油有限公司扩建工程的施工中,发现分馏塔的主体材料复合钢板未结合面积超标。造成复合钢板未结合面积超标的原因可能是在复合钢板的制作(包括爆炸复合、正火纠平)和预制加工(切割下料、刨边、滚制成型)过程中产生的。依据有关现行国家及行业标准,结合缺陷产生的原因,制订了具体的修补措施,取得了较好的效果:未结合缺陷均一次修复成功,未出现缺陷扩展现象。 Clad steel is a sort of double layer metal that consisted with a base layer steel and a cover layer steel. This paper analyzes the defect expanding phenomenon of unbinding defect of clad steel during fusion welding repair. It is considered that the over-standard unbinding defects are likely produced during manufacturing and pre-processing. Therefore, some countermeasures are taken and unbinding defects are successfully repaired. No defect expanding is found again.
