摘要
简单介绍了《海底管线安装和结构分析软件——O FFPIPE》的特点和能力,并以岙山—镇海海底管道工程为例,对E段海底管道水深17m(1985年国家高程基准)以内采用SL901铺管船铺设管道的应力进行了分析和计算,为管道铺设提供了理论依据。通过现场实际铺设工程的检验,证明O FFPIPE软件的分析结果正确,完全可以用来指导海底管道的施工。
The characteristics and capability of ″Submarine Pipeline Installation and Structure Analyses Software - OFFPIPE″ are briefly presented in this paper. Stress calculation and analysis on pipeline laying using SL901 pipelaying vessel at water depth within 17m of E section of Aoshan-Zhenghai submarine pipeline were carried out with OFFPIPE, and the theoretical basis of pipeline laying was provided. It was proved by site laying practice that the analytical results from OFFPIPE were correct, so that OFFPIPE could be used to guide submarine pipeline construction.
