游泳对轻度窒息新生儿早期干预的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨游泳对轻度窒息新生儿早期干预的疗效。方法:选取有轻度窒息史的新生儿为研究对象,根据自愿原则分为游泳组和对照1组,同时随机选取正常新生儿为对照2组,对比研究三组行为神经评分情况。结果:两组窒息新生儿生后第2天、第7天的行为神经评分无明显差异,于第14天后出现显著差异;通过游泳干预刺激后,窒息新生儿的NBNA评分显著提高,于生后28d与正常新生儿已无差异。结论:新生儿游泳对轻度窒息新生儿神经系统有良好的改善作用。 Objective Study effects of Swimming on light-asphyxia neonatal behavioral neurological assessments. Methods The neonatal with light-asphyxia history were selected. According to fundamental of free will ,43 cases were divided into control group 1 and Neonatal-Swimming group,control group 2 selected 30 cases with no light-asphyxia history according to fundamental of chance. The difference of NBNA scores were compared between three groups. Results As to NBNA scores ,there was significantly difference on day 14 and 28(P〈0.01) ,while no difference on day2 and 7(P〉0. 05). There was no significantly difference on day 28 by Neonatal-Swimming in asphyxia groups and no asphyxia groups. Conclusion Neonatal-Swimming can improve the nerve system of light-asphyxia neonatal.
