摘要
目的:了解ICP时脐血红细胞膜ATPase活性及细胞内离子状态,探讨围生儿缺氧的可能机制。方法:测定ICP组及对照组脐血红细胞膜ATPase活性及细胞内离子浓度,分析其与围生儿缺氧的关系。结果:ICP组脐血红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性低于对照组(P<0.01),细胞内Na+、Ca2+浓度高于对照组(P<0.01),围生儿缺氧的发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ICP时脐血红细胞膜ATPase活性下降及细胞内离子状态改变与围生儿缺氧有关。
Objective To investigate the activities of fetal erythrocyte and ions intracellular concentration of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and the mechanism of fetal anoxic in ICP. Methods Cases were 29 newborns of pregnant women with ICP and 29 newborns of health pregnant women as normal controls. The activities of ATPase of erythrocyte membrane, the intracellular concentration of ions in umbilical cord blood were determined. Results The activities of Na^+-K^+-ATPase and Ca^2+ ATPase of umbilical cord blood erythrocyte were found significantly lower in ICP group than in the controls. Na^+ and Ca^2+ concentrations were significantly higher in ICP group than in controls (P〈0.01). The incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia was higher in ICP than in the control (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The change of Erythrocyte ATPase Activity and intracellular concentration of ions in umbilical cord blood may be one of the mechanisms of fetal anoxic in ICP.
