In Han dynasty the regional development of Wu-Yue area got into a new period. As time goes by, talent as the carrier of culture were accumulated continuously, and formed its superiority. The continual development of economy provided necessary material base for the training of talent. Convenient transportation promoted the development of economy and culture greatly.
