突触前活动区的分化与功能

摘要 在突触前,神经递质释放是由活动区结构所介导的。活动区内多种蛋白组分相互作用与相互协同而严格调控突触囊泡在突触前膜的入坞、触发与膜融合等过程,以保证正常递质释放过程的完成。本文集中论述与讨论了活动区的结构、形成及其功能调控问题。 Neurotransmitter release during synaptic transmission is mediated by presynaptic active zone. Multiple protein components at the active zone region interact and coordinate with each other to control and regulate docking, priming and fusion of the synaptic vesicles with presynaptic membrane, and to further maintain the normal transmitter release process. This review will discuss the structure, the formation, and the functional regulation of active zones.
