哈耶克的自由思想述评

Comment on the Free Thought of Hayek

自由是个歧义颇多的词,也是人类一直追求的理想。在西方哲学史上,不同时期的哲学家对它的理解是不同的。哈耶克的自由思想重视了个人自由和自由的价值,论述了法治是个人自由的保障,这对我国的法治建设有一定的启示作用,当然哈耶克的自由思想也有一定的局限性。

Freedom is a word with different meanings and is the ideal that has been pursued by mankind.In the history of Western philosophy,philosophers in different period of time interpreted it differently.The free thought of F.von Hayek stresses private freedom and the value of freedom,maintaining that private freedom is assured by the rule of law.This may inspire the building up of a system under the rule of law in our country.Of course there are certain limitations in the free thought of Hayek.
