“发展哲学”是关于发展的学问,是理论化、系统化了的发展观。它体现了人类社会运行发展的具体规律,这些规律主要包括社会发展的人本规律、社会发展的代价规律、社会发展的全球化规律和可持续发展规律等。在“发展哲学”的丰富理论指导下,我国政府大力倡导和实践的“科学发展观”必将把我国社会带进持续繁荣的新时代。

'Philosophy of development' is a branch of learning concerning development,a view of development that has been theorized and systematized.It analyzes the specific laws governing the development of human society,including the humanistic laws,the laws of cost,the laws of globalization and the laws of sustainable development of social progress.With the guidance of the theories of 'philosophy of development',the viewpoint of scientific development proposed and practiced by our government will lead our society to a new era of sustained prosperity.
