摘要
本文以作者开发的板坯加热炉离散状态空间模型为基础提出了以启发式搜索方法求解加热炉炉温设定值最优化问题的原理,并介绍了基于上述原理的加热炉递阶计算机控制系统的设计与实施.该系统经过一年多连续运行表明其控制准确、性能可靠,降低能耗9%,明显提高钢坯的加热质量,直接经济效益可达100万元/年以上.
An algorithm for solving zone temperature set points optimization of reheating furna(?)e by using heuristic search technique is presented in this paper, based on the discrete state space reheating furnace model developed by the authors. According to the proposed algorithm a hierchical computer control system for slab reheating furnace is designed and implemented. Through over one year's online running, it shows that the proposed system is both reliable and accurate enough for reheating furnace control. Furthermore, a considerable energy saving (9%) and significant product quality improving have been achieved, thus producing an economic benefit of over I million Yan/year.
