摘要 海藻糖是自然界中广泛存在的非还原性双糖,化学性质稳定,除了具有低聚糖的一般特性,还有独特的生物学特性。本文依据近年来的国内外相关文献,对海藻糖的生物学特性及在医药领域的研究与应用进行综述。
