农村发展党员问题研讨——以安顺市开发区部分“空壳”村为个案

Inevstigation and Research for Recruiting New Chinese Communists in Villages——Illustrating some"Empty"Villages in the Developing Zone of Anshun

农村基层组织是党在农村工作的战斗堡垒,农村党员发展问题又是这一堡的基础。文章通过安顺市开发区部分“空壳”村在党员发展问题上存在的不足,经过调查研究,就如何加强农村发展党员的力度提出自己的思考。

Basic- level organizations Chinese rural areas can be the powerful fighting forces for Chinese Communists. Recruiting new party members in countryside is the basic task for Communists. According to the investigation of some“empty”villag,where young people are lacking for they have left for some cities to work,in the economical and technical developing zone of Anshun, the essay shows there exist some problems in recruiting new Party members in some “empty”villages of Anshun,and the authors raise some views on how to strengthen the task for recruiting new Party members in villages.
