应用PDCA纠正儿科基础护理单记录缺陷

The application of PDCA in correcting the defects of basic nursing sheets records in Pedicatric

目的:应用PDCA循环管理纠正儿科基础护理单记录缺陷。方法:采用自拟调查表对传统提醒督促管理方式进行下的基础护理单1 100份进行调查,设为对照组。将在原基础上又加用PDCA循环管理方式进行纠正干预下的基础护理单记录1 050份进行调查,设为实验组。结果:实验组合格率为95%,对照组合格率为90%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用PDCA循环管理方法纠正基础护理记录单的记录缺陷是有效持续的管理方式。

Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA circular administration in correcting the defects of basic nursing sheets records in pediatrics. Methods： 1 100 basic nursing sheets which were recorded under the traditional prompt administration, were investigated by the self-made questionnaire as the control group among which 1 050 basic nursing sheets records were added PDCA circular administration as the experimental group, The passed rate of the control gruop was 90% and the passed rate of experiment group was 95%. Results： It show statistical difference in the two groups （P 〈 0.01）,Conelusion： It is a continous and effective method to perform the PDCA circular administration in correcting the defects of basic nursing sheets records.
