基于实例推理的产品变型设计技术研究

Research on product variant design technology case-based reasoning

针对传统推理技术在产品设计应用中存在的问题,对基于实例推理的变型设计进行了研究。分析了实例推理的一般过程及其区别于其它推理技术的优点,提出了一种应用于变型设计的实例推理流程。在此基础上,以阀门产品为例,建立了变型设计求解流程和检索流程,为实现阀门产品的变型设计奠定了基础。

Aiming at the existing problems in the product design application of traditional reasomng technologies, the variant design case - based reasoning is studied in detail. The commonly process of case - based reasoning technology and its advantages distinguished from other reasoning technologies are presented and a case-based reasoning flow applying in variant design is proposed. On the basis of it, taking valve product as an example, the request and search process of variant design of valve product is built and it becomes the foundation of realizing variant design of valve product.
