旧沥青混合料再生技术目前已成为国际上道路维修改造的主要方法之一。以厂拌热再生技术为研究对象,对旧料性能评价、再生沥青混合料配合比设计、生产工艺等关键技术进行了研究。通过室内试验,结合实际工程,表明再生沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能,经济效益和社会效益十分明显。

Currently, the recycle technology of old asphalt mixture has become one of the international main methods for reconstruction and maintenance of highway. Taking plant-mix heat recycle technology as an object of study, key technologies such as the evaluation of old asphalt material performance, the proportioning ratio design of recycled asphalt mixture and processing etc are studied. Laboratory test and practical construction show that recyled asphalt mixture has good performance for pavement and remarkable economic and social benefit.
