翻转法在四平路给水管道修复工程中的应用和效益评估

摘要 四平路段(溧阳路-临平路)给水管道修复工程,涉及邻近雨水管、煤气管的拆排,影响繁忙的地面交通,修复费用高,为此,采用了翻转法非开挖技术。该技术利用原管道与新管道固接为一体的原理,大大改善了水的流动性,提高了输水能力,并可避免修管对交通造成的影响等, 是本市重点路段管道改造的成功范例。 Because the repairing engineering of water supply pipeline at Siping Road section (from Liyang Road to Lingping Road) was involved with removal and rearrangement adjacent to rainwater and gas pipelines, it would effect busy ground traffic if constructed, furthermore, the cost of repair would be very high. So reverse non-digging technology was used. The technology, fix of new pipe with existed-one,can improve flowability of water greatly, heighten water transportation ability and avoid the effect of the pipeline repairing on running traffic etc. This is a successful case of pipeline reconstruction at main road sections of this city.
