摘要
研究了在磷酸介质中,利用铜催化H2O2氧化变色酸使其褪色,能准确方便地测定铜的含量。铜离子浓度在4.0~800.0ng·mL^-1范围内与A0/A有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:A0/A=1.110×10^-3ccu^2++(ng·mL^-1)+0.9343,相关系数r=0.9994。
In this paper, spectrophotometrc determination of copper(Ⅱ) by catalytic kinetics in H3PO4 medium has been studied. The method is high sensitivity and selectivity. The calibration curve is linearly proportional to the concentration of copper over the range of 4.0~800.0 ng · ml^-1 for copper. Line regression equation:A0/A=1. 110×10^-3ccu^2++(ng · mL^-1)+0. 9343, correlation coefficient r=0. 9994.
