为提高高等职业技术院校毕业生就业率,必须实现以“三个导向”为核心的根本转变,从专业开办、人才培养、就业指导等多个方面对进一步提高高等职业技术院校毕业生就业率进行理性思考,并在此基础上提出几点对策。

In order to improve the employment rate of the graduates from higher vocational and tecnmcal colleges, the changes with “three orientations” as the core must be realized. This paper conducts thinking on further improvement in the employment rate of the graduates from higher vocational and technical colleges from the aspects of specialty offering, talent cultivation, and employment guidance, and puts forward several countermeasures.
