摘要
采用调查访谈、实验、数理统计等方法,对健美操选项课进行了分层教学实验研究.研究结果表明:分层教学能提高学生的整体素质;能激发不同层次学生的学习兴趣,有利于个性的发展和终身体育意识的形成;分层教学还能提高学生的编操能力.
Literature adopts the methods of investigation, experiment and statistics , level-classified teaching is used in aerobics-choosing class . Experiment consequence is that the level-classified teaching can raise students' whole quality; can stir different-level students' learning subjectivity , which is benefit to develop students' individual and culture consciousness of life-sports and it can raise students' ability to compose the aerobics .
