加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病并高脂血症的临床研究

Clinical observation of Banxiabaizhutianma decoction variation on patients with hypertension and hyperlipoidemia

目的观察加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将高血压病并高脂血症,中医辨证属痰瘀互结,以头痛、为主要症状的患者120例,随机分为治疗组80例,服用加味半夏白术天麻汤,40例对照组,服用长效降压片及血脂康胶囊。2组均治疗6周观察疗效。结果治疗组血压、血脂水平与对照组比较均有明显降低,中医临床症状改善显著(P<0.05)。结论加味半夏白术天麻汤对中医辨证属痰瘀互结之高血压病并高脂血症患者疗效显著,且能明显改善头痛、眩晕等临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxiabaizhutianma decoction variation on patients with hypertension and hyperlipoidemia. Methods 120 patients with hypertension and hyperlipoidemia who were differentiated as phlegm and blood stagnancy block together according to the main symptoms as headache, dizzy were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the treatment group （ n = 80） were administered Banxiabaizhutianma decoction variation. Patients in the control group （ n = 40） were orally taken long - acting decreasing blood pressure tablet and Xuezhikang capsule. Six weeks were as a therapeutic course in both groups. Results The level of blood pressure and blood fat in the treatment group significantly decreased comparecd with those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Banxiabaizhutianma decoction variation has definite clinical effect on patients with hypertension and hyperlipoldemia who were differentiated as phlem and blood stagnancy block together.
