我国中小城市发展模式研究

On the models of China's medium-and small-sized cities development

本文认为，城市化是世界性的历史进程，至于不同的国家和地区，由于所处的历史条件不同，经济社会发展的阶段不同，其演进方式、发展进程和具体途径，都会有各自的特点。我国的城市化，从大城市、特大城市率先发展开始，随着改革开放，新的城乡关系建立．城市发展的动力机制发生变化，改变了以往仅靠国家拉动的状况，由国家、集体和个人、城市和农村、中央和地方共同参予和推动，从而出现城市规模多元化发展，不同类型的中小城市相继涌现，由此形成了我国城市化起步发展阶段从初期转入中后期的重要特征。

Abstract The authors say that, citilization is a world historical process,and the evolutionary method, development speed and specific ways are different because of different historical conditions, economic and social development phases. China's citilization starts from developing big cities and especially big cities. The motive mechanism of cities development changes along with reform and opening up, establishing new relations between town and country. The country, collectives and persons, city and rural, centre and local common participate in citilization. Therefore, the cities' scales have been diversified, various medium-and smallsized cities have emerged, and this has become an important characteristic of China's mediumand later-period citilization.
