摘要 本文提出以树脂粘度为依据选择加压时机,针对不同加压时机进行了算例研究。以树脂粘度为控制变量进行加压时机优化,即给定材料体系以及工艺条件,以最终产品的纤维体积分数为目标函数,以粘度为优化变量,确定加压时机的树脂粘度值。 The pressure applying moment is chosen and studied in this paper according to the viscosity of the resin. The viscosity of the resin is used as a variable to optimize the pressure applying moment. It means that the material system and process condition is given, the fiber volume percentage of the final products is used as a goal function and the viscosity is used as a optimization variable to choose the resin viscosity value of the pressure applying moment.
