摘要
本文论述了图书馆知识管理体系的含义及组成,从知识资源库、人力资源管理、知识服务、知识管理系统四个方面论述了图书馆知识管理体系的基础、核心、重点和关键。认为图书馆知识管理体系的建立,不仅能改善图书馆知识的利用,而且能提高图书馆的竞争力。
This article introduces the meaning and the structure of library management, and analyzes the foundation, core, emphasis and key of library management from knowledge resource center, HR management, knowledge service, and knowledge management system. The author thinks that the establishment of the library management system can not only improve the utilization of knowledge but also make the library more competitive.
