On Information Technology and Modern Education

本文从现代信息技术教育的理论基础及影响,国际上信息技术教育发展以及信息技术教育在中国等三个方面阐述了信息技术与现代教育的关系。文中认为建构主义是IT运用的教学理论基础,信息技术对教学方式产生了深远的影响,介绍了国际上信息技术教育发展的CAI、CAL、IITC等三个阶段,指出改革开放以来我国在教改中存在的突出问题和我国信息技术在教育中应用现状和发展的状况。

The article gives a brief analysis on the relationship between information technology and modem education from three aspects：the foundation of the theory and its influences on modem information technology education,the development of international information technology education,and information technology in China.There are some problems in the China teaching reform,and article introduces the present development status quo of the application of information technology.
