高职生性格测验及其数学模型的研究

摘要 采用卡特尔性格测量表(16PF)对1310名在校高职生进行测试,结果表明,在校高职生的活泼性、影响性、交际性、乐群性等分值水平较高;独立性、怀疑性、情感性、有恒性等性格因素分值水平较低。在16PF性格因素与大一新生入学成绩及大二、大三学生在校学习成绩对照研究中发现,独立性(r=0.11)、世故性(r=0.11)、有恒性(r=0.13)、怀疑性(r=0.12)、自律性(r=0.11)、变革性(r=0.11)等与学习成绩呈高度正相关(r≥0.1)。 This paper adopts Cattella's personality test table (Sixteen Personality Factors Questionnaire) to test higher professional students to establish statistics numerical model and test software. The results indicates that the scores of vivaciousness, influence, communicativeness and optimism for them have a higher level; their other personality factors scores, such as independence, suspiciousness, emotion and immutability, have a lower level. Through comparative research on the 16PF personality facts between freshmen and sophomore and third year students, it is found out that there is a plus proportion between students' independence (r=0.11), sophistication (r=0.11), immutability (r=0.13), suspiciousness(r=0.12), autonomy(r=0.11 ), transformation (r=0.11) and their achievements.
