摘要
本文论述了民办高校培养"银领"人才(即应用型人才)的必要性和可行性,认为民办高校的办学定位应当锁定在为地方培养"银领"人才,并提出和介绍了民办高校如何培养"银领"人才的具体建议及成功经验。
The paper expounds the necessity and possibility to train the “silver-collar” talents （means vocational talents） by private colleges and universities, and the paper points the development direction of private colleges and universities should be fixed to train the “silver-collar” talents for locality, at the same time, the paper advances and recommends the concrete proposal and successful experiment of private colleges and universities how to culture the “silver-collar” talents.
