日本私立大学发展面临的课题

Problems Confronted in the Development of Private Universities in Japan

日本私立大学承担着高等教育中很大的一部分任务,但是在发展中遇到三个严峻的问题,如,收入水平的上升带来了大学升学率的提高;青少年人口数量不断下降;"减少限制"的措施使大学间的差距扩大。这些问题的发展将导致私立大学的分化,并对私立大学的可持续发展产生影响。为此,提出了三个必须研究解决的对策建议。

The private universities in Japan occupy a big part in the higher education, but they are confronted with the three grave problems, such as ascent of income level promotes the enter school proportion; the population of youngsters unceasing goes down; the measure of “decreasing restriction” enlarges the gap among the universities. These problems, unless timely solved, will lead to the disintegration of the private universities and exert effects on the sustainable development of the private universities. For this reason, this paper advances three suggestions.
