《汉语大词典》漏收词目调研报告

An Investigation Report on the Words Great Dictionary of the Chinese Language Misses Out

《汉语大词典》是大陆最大的汉语词典。它收录词条37.5万个,这个数字应该是符合入典原则的汉语词目的相对极限,即使漏收也应该是个别现象。但据抽样调查结果显示,它漏收词目的数量大大地超出了人们的想象。按照抽样调查结果分析,《大词典》漏收词目为34%左右,那就意味着漏收词条约为12万条以上。如果这些漏收的词目得以立目,《大词典》将会超过日本的《大汉和辞典》和台湾的《中文大辞典》。

As the greatest Chinese dictionary in the mainland of China, Great Dictionary of the Chinese Language has included 375,000 words which have reached the relative limit of the words to be included in a dictionary. Therefore, it ought to be rare to have missed out certain words or terms. But the result of the sampling investigation shows that the number of the words it has missed out is much bigger than we expected, which accounts for nearly 34% . In other words, almost 120,000 words or more failed to have been included in it. If it had included all these missed words, Great Dictionary would have outnumbered Great Chinese-Japanese Dictionary of Japan and Great Chinese Dictionary of Taiwan.
