摘要
通过分析当前高职院校后进生的现状,探讨在大学英语教学中实施赏识教育的可行性及具体措施,从而提高后进生的综合素质,变应试教育为素质教育。
This paper analyses the current situation of the less advanced of higher vocational college students and approaches the feasibility and the detailed measures to implement teachers' recognition in college English teaching so as to enhance the multiple character of the less advanced and to change examination education into character education.
