摘要
On May 31 and June 1, 2005, the 2nd NSFC-JST workshop on S＆T for Environmental Conservation and Construction of a Society with Less Environmental Burden was held in Tokyo. The two themes were “Environments and Health” and “New Energy”. Professor Zhu Zouyan, Vice President of NSFC and a member of Chinese Academy of Sciences, headed a Chinese delegation to attend the workshop. The delegation consisted of 19 members： 13 Chinese scientists including two members of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Zhu Qingshi and Professor Li Can, and 6 NSFC staffs from Department of Chemistry, Department of Life Sciences, Department of Engineering and Material Sciences, and Bureau of International Cooperation.
