Promotion of CMM Utilization in Huainan Coal Mining Area by Clean Development Mechanism

《京都议定书》中灵活的温室气体减排机制给煤矿煤层气利用带来了新的机遇和挑战,淮南矿区蕴藏着丰富的煤层气资源,目前已经开展了一些煤层气领域的CDM项目。本文在具体项目基础上,介绍了淮南矿区开展煤层气利用CDM项目的经验。

The flexible GHG emission reduction mechanism in Kyoto Protocol brings about both new opportunities and challenges to CMM utilization. Huainan Coal Mining Area boasts rich CBM resources, and has developed a number of CDM projects in the field of CMM. Based on the specific projects, some experience on CMM utilization projects by CDM in Huainan Coal Mining Area is introduced.
