In the end of the 19th century, there originated and developed a very influential decoration art movement in Europe and America with the theme to reevaluate the traditional handicraft. The feature is the integrity of the decoration with strong naturalism style. The style of the women＇s clothes in this period fully reflected the style of the movement concerning their sculpture and pattern. The movement made the women＇s clothes in Europe transformed from beauty of traditional complexity and restriction to the beauty of modern naturalism and thus impelled the development of women＇s clothes of the 20th century.
