在中国使用条件下汽车零部件设计谱和试验谱的确定

Determination of Design and Test Spectra for Vehicle Components under Operational Conditions in China

本文总结了中德合作研究项目“在中国使用条件下货车零部件优化设计方法”的主要成果。该项目是由中国东风汽车公司技术中心和德国费朗霍夫协会工作强度研究所(LBF)1986年～1991年共同完成的。该项目是根据LBF在西欧和美国道路载荷测量方面的多年经验对中国的使用条件所进行的第一次系统研究,它将促进中国使用条件下汽车零部件的优化设计。 本文根据使用载荷测量的结果和所建立的设计谱,得到了车轮、轮毂耐久试验的载荷程序,并研制出汽车前轴的多轴向模拟试验设备。

This paper summarize the main results of a cooperative research project 'Procedure for Optimal Design of Truck Components under Operational Conditions in China' performed by LBF(Germany) and DFM(China) in 1986 - 1991. According to the measurements results of operating load and the design spectra established, the loading procedure for endurance testing of vehicle components, like wheels and hubs, were derived, and a multiaxial test facilities for front axle was developed.
