从“四化”到小康——周恩来、邓小平关于20世纪现代化战略目标的构想之比较

From the "Four Modernizations" to "Moderate Prosperity"- A comparative study of Zhou Enlai's and Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on modernization in the 20^(th) century

建设"四化"和实现小康,分别是周恩来、邓小平关于20世纪我国社会发展的战略目标,它们都是当时特殊历史条件的产物。邓小平是在摒弃周恩来的战略构想的不合理成份,吸收其正确因素,并结合中国改革开放的具体实际,逐渐形成自己独特的构想,并使之既宏伟而又可即。因而邓小平的现代化战略构想是对周恩来"四化"战略目标的继承、丰富与发展。

The strategic objectives of the Four Modernization and the Moderate Prosperity were put forward by Zhou Enlai and Deng Xiaoping respectively in the light of China＇s social and economic conditions in the 20^th century. Deng Xiaoping＇s thoughts were based on the actual conditions of Chinas opening to the outside world and Zhou Enlai＇s correct ideas. Therefore, his thoughts are further development of the strategic objectives of the Four Modernization.
