论企业文化的构建过程

On the Construction Process of Enterprise Culture

企业文化的构建,不存在一个固定的模式和共同的途径和方法。这是因为,企业文化具有很强的个性特征。各个企业,由于其基础和条件不同,所以,在构建企业文化时,必须从本企业的实际出发,探索构建适合本企业的企业文化,绝对不能搞一刀切。笔者通过调查研究后认为,企业文化的构建可采用以下途径及方法进行。

The construction of enterprise culture has no fixed model and common ways because enterprise culture has a unique individual feature. Because of different basis and conditions for different enterprises, in constructing enterprise culture, it＇s necessary to construct satisfactory enterprise culture in the light of practical conditions of different enterprises. On the basis of investigation, this paper has presented a few effective methods and ways to construct enterprise culture.
