浅析我院学生欠费的原因与对策

The causes of the Tuition Fee unpaid by the students and the countermeasures

近年来,学费收入逐渐成为我院办学经费的重要来源。随着我院办学规模的不断扩大和教学设施的不断更新,学院的办学经费日益紧缺,但学生欠缴学费的现象却呈逐年上升趋势。这已严重地制约着我院的正常发展。因此,如何解决学生欠费问题就成为当前学院的一项紧迫工作。本文分析了学生欠费的原因并从做好学生思想工作,增强缴费意识,制订和完善学费管理制度,加大催交欠费力度,倡导学生厉行节约等方面提出了一些有益的探讨,以期能够解决学生欠费问题。

The tuition fee is the main funds of our university. But in recent years,with the expansiot of the scale,and the update of the teaching facilities, we are facing a more and more serious problem of the shortage of funds. And the students owe the university more and more fuition fee. This has greatly affected the normal development of the university. And how to slove this problem becomes an urgent task. This paper makes a short analysis of the problem and tries to find some countermeasures against the problem. These countermeasures include doing the students＇ ideological work, strengthening the students＇ consciousness of paying the fee, making the regulations and rules, obliging the students to pay the fee, and urging the students to be economical. We believe that by doing so we can slove this problem.
