本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法,对普通高校健美操专选课进行分析与研究,为上好健美操专选课提供参考。

Aerobics has been becoming more and more welcome in college, and the colleges have paid widely attention to it with an increasing number of students＇participation, with many selective courses of aerobics set. Therefore, the authors in this essay prestent a scientific research on it with the ways of documentary materials, qustioniare, and statistics, aiming at supplying the reference to the selective courses.
