摘要
将6份早粳材料按不完全双列杂交配组,并在早季及其再生条件下进行试验.结果表明,早季稻和再生稻的生长势和繁殖力均存在明显的差异,再生稻表现为抽穗天数缩短、植株变矮、穗数下降、穗子变小;早季稻和再生稻性状的基因效应表达也有不同,在株高、剑叶长、主穗长和主穗总粒数等性状上,早季稻均以加性效应控制为主,而再生稻则受显性效应的影响更大;早季稻与再生稻间存在着相关性,除单株穗数和主穗总粒数外。
Six early season japonica lines were used to make a set of incomplete diallel crosses.The field experiment was carried out at early season and under ratooning conditions.The phonotypes of most traits of ratooning rice differed from those of early season rice. The ratooner usually showed the diminiution at plant height,days to heading,panicles per plant,spikelet number of main panicle.The expression of gene effects for some traits were varied between the two type of rice.At early season environment,additive effects were more important than dominant effects on the traits of plant height,flag leaf length,panicle length,spikelet number of main panicle.But under ratoonting condition,the reverse was on these four traits.Analysis of correlation for traits between the two type of rice under different conditions revealed significent positive corralations on the eight traits,such as plant hight,days to heading,flag leaf length and main panicle length.
