对大型合成氨装置“以煤顶气”改造工程的认识

摘要 以辽河化肥厂大型合成氨装置制气部分工艺改造工程为例,论述了“以煤顶气”对我国天然气化工发展的积极意义,认为改造工程为我国合成氨行业解决天然气原料不足的问题提出了解决方法,有利于提高天然气制合成气工业生产的整体技术水平;分析了天然气—煤炭共气化工艺路线在我国的发展趋势。 Taking the process reformation project for synthesis gas making part of large-sized ammonia synthesis production device in Liaohe Chemical fertilizer plant as a example, positive meaniog was discussed for chemical development of natural gas in China by means of “ taking coal to replace gas”, the reformation project provided Chinese ammonia synthesis industry a method to ,solve the problem in short of raw material of natural gas, which was beneficial to enhance the integral technology level of industrial production in makiog synthesis gas from natural gas; the developing tendency was analyzed for process line of co-gasification of natural gas with coal/carbon.
