摘要
在尿素装置设计能力由6万t/a提高到10万t/a的改造中,介绍了采用双塔并联工艺流程和改进尿素合成塔塔板的优越性,分析和论述了中压系统、低压系统、蒸发系统以及相关设备的改进目的和改造方案,结果表明,改造后生产能力达到了16万t/a,日产尿素达到520 t/d,吨尿素蒸汽消耗从投产时的1.58 t降低到1.3 t,吨尿素氨耗从590 kg降低到573 kg。
In technical reformation of which the design capacity for urea plant was increased from 60 000 t/a to 100 000 t/a, advantage was introduced for using the process flow with double reactors in parallel and for improving the tray of urea reactor, the improvement purpose and reformation scheme were analyzed and discussed for middle pressure, low pressure, evaporation system and related equipment, the re-suit indicates that the production capacity after reformation reaches to 160 000 t/a, the capacity per day is 520 t/d, the steam consume per ton of urea is reduced from 1, 58 t (when putting into operation) to 1,3 t, ammonia consume per ton of urea is reduced from 590 kg to 573 kg,
