摘要
试验将无芒雀麦、塔落岩黄芪和偃麦草的新鲜花粉放进液氮罐内贮存１个月或３个月，将刚采收的和贮存后的花粉均用中性红和碘—碘化钾染色，确定其生活力。经数据分析，得出结论：（１）液氮可以保存牧草花粉粒生活力；
