微结构聚合物光纤制备材料的聚合工艺

摘要 针对制备微结构聚合物光纤(MPOF)所采用的反应系统,采用正交试验法,确定了影响甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)本体聚合的主要工艺条件,改进了聚合工艺。实验结果表明在反应温度为135℃,反应时间为23 h,引发剂量为0.01%,链转移剂量为0.06%的条件下,MMA的转化率为86%,分子量为7.3万。 For the polymerization system adopted in microstructured polymer optical fiber (MPOF) preparation, orthogonal experiment is employed to determine the process condition of methyl methacrylate (MMA) bulk polymerization, so as to impove the process. The experiment results indicate that the transformation ratio of MMA is 86% , molecular weight is 73 thousands under the reaction temperature of 135 ℃, reaction time of 23 h, 0.01% of initiator and 0.06% of chain transfer agent.
