心脏肾上腺受体的结构、功能与调控
摘要
肾上腺素受体信号转导是心脏功能调节的重要组成部分.其中β1肾上腺素受体(beta 1-adrenergic receptor,β1-AR)是心脏组织肾上腺受体的主要亚型.本文就β1-AR的分布、结构、功能与调控等进行综述.
