摘要
企业改制已历经10年,不仅改制开始时利益相关者存在的认识误区没有彻底消除,而且还增添了一些新的认识误区。本文力图概括目前所存在的所有认识误区,找出相应的对策,为企业改制的顺利、健康进行提供参考。
There has been ten years for enterprises' institutional transformation. It not only doesn't wipe out the misunderstandings existing in the mind of parties concerned at the beginning, but also makes new misunderstandings appear in the process. This article tries to cover all misunderstandings at present and find the correct way to dealing with them in order to promote the enterprises' institutional transformation smoothly.
